Dubai 4x4 Expo – Visitor Terms & Conditions
By registering for or attending the Dubai 4x4 Expo (“Event”), you agree to the following terms:
1. Admission
Access to the Event may be free or ticketed, as determined by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who does not comply with these Terms.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
2. Registration & Access
Registration details provided must be accurate.
Badges/wristbands (if issued) are personal and non-transferable.
3. Code of Conduct
Visitors must behave respectfully toward exhibitors, staff, and other attendees.
Visitors must comply with all venue rules and regulations at all times.
Harassment, aggressive behavior, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
4. Prohibited Items & Activities
Dangerous items, weapons, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are not allowed.
Commercial filming, photography, or promotions require prior approval from the Organizer.
5. Liability
Attendance is at your own risk.
The Organizer is not responsible for loss of personal property, injury, or damages arising at the Event.
6. Event Changes
The Organizer may change schedules, features, or exhibitors without prior notice.
The Organizer may cancel or postpone the Event due to circumstances beyond its control.
7. Health & Safety
All visitors must comply with venue safety regulations, venue rules, and instructions from staff.
In emergencies, follow official announcements and evacuation procedures.
8. Privacy
By registering or attending, you agree that the Organizer may collect and use your personal data for event-related purposes, including registration, communication, and marketing.
Personal data provided may also be used by the Organizer for future event updates and promotional activities.
By attending, you consent to the use of photographs and video recordings that may include you, for promotional purposes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
